PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the attribute value of data through simple operation by preparing plural areas by adding the other new area into a display picture, detecting the move of any one of plural emblems between plural areas through an operating instruction input means and changing the attribute value of data corresponding to the moved emblem into attribute value defined in the area after moving. SOLUTION: A tile area managing part 3 prepares a new tile area and that can be displayed so as to be exchanged with all the tile areas displayed on a display device 102. Further, as an attribute to be applied to the newly prepared tile area, any attribute excepting for attributes applied to data sets constructed in a data base 1 up to the moment can be defined and applied. At such a time, the newly defined attribute us added to the data set constructed in the database 1. Thus, each data item held in the database 1 can have the attribute value corresponding to the newly added attribute.
