摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for rendering the surface with high resolution, at high speed and with high calculation efficiency from anisotropy stereoscopic measurement data. SOLUTION: Data 12 with equivalent length is approximated by compensating the anisotropy stereoscopic measurement data 11 by additional data. Ratio between intervals in one dimension and intervals in the other dimension is called as aspect ratio A, the intervals are bisected until corrected aspect ratio A' is approximated to 1 unit. Approximated isotropic data with the corrected aspect ratio A' is created by interpolating the present values of anisotropic data. A surface voxcel is determined from the isotropic data, a perpendicular vector for the surface in a center voxcel is determined by using a value of the adjacent voxcel and the surface is determined by repeating this process. After an elevation angle of a viewing angle is converted into an effective elevation angle, the surface is rendered as a two-dimensional screen image as if it is created from the isotropic data, next, the obtained two-dimensional image with distortion is extended by quantity related to the aspect ratio A' and the image with high resolution and without distortion is obtained.
