PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high sensitivity radiation conversion panel and its production method. SOLUTION: In a radiation image conversion panel having an accelerated fluorescence layer consisting of support, an accelerated fluorescence body and bonding agent including it and supporting it, included in the accelerated fluorescence layer is aluminum group coupling agent in the range 0.01 to 5 wt.% of the accelerated fluorescence body. A compression process is applied in the production method. The accelerated fluorescence body may be surface-processed in advance by an aluminum group coupling agent.
