PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a terminal having a display window stored in a private exchange to display automatic transfer information by transmitting the number of a call terminal, an extension number which the call terminal transmits and the present transfer type identifier of the terminal having the extension number to the terminal having a transfer destination extension number and having the display widow. SOLUTION: When an extension telephone set A13-1 calls an extension telephone set B13-2, a dial number is given to a connection control part 150 provided for a controller 15 through an information distribution device 14. The connection control part 150 reads the automatic transfer type/transfer destination extension number of an extension number matched with the dial number stored in an automatic transfer information memory 151. Since an incoming destination which is read is an independent PHS terminal 10, the transfer type which is read is converted into a character string in accordance with a conversion table, the transfer type/transfer source extension number and a caller extension number are set in a display information element, a call setting message is added, it is transmitted to a PHS base station 1 through the information distribution device 14 and an incoming call is controlled.
