PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perceive a pattern of a pseudo light emitting surface body with different hues by day and by night, and to make it possible to exert each function attractively and sufficiently. SOLUTION: A main surface 2 of a base body 1 is composed of a forwardly diagonally downward belt-like surface part 2A and a forwardly diagonally upward belt-like surface part 2B. Each surface part is provided with a thin film optical filter 3, and the forwardly diagonally downward belt-like surface part 2A is made of a smooth reflecting surface and the forwardly diagonally upward belt-like surface part 2B is made of a smooth reflecting surface or a rugged reflecting surface. Moreover, the filter 3 is composed of a smooth surface and a coarse surface, which have different bandpass from each other, with respect to the bandpass characteristics to light.
