<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a homogeneous article which is made small-sized and hardly gets out of order at low cost by switching the direction of a radiated electromagnetic wave without using any mechanical component. SOLUTION: Coils (L1, L2...Ln) are provided which apply magnetic fields to circulators (C1, C2...Cn) connected to (n) antennas (A1, A2...An), and the directions of currents flowing to the coils are switched by individually provided switches S1, S2...Sn) to invert the signal rotating directions of the circulators (C1, C2...Cn) according to the directions of the applied magnetic fields. Consequently, the need for a mechanically movable component for scanning forward by radiating electromagnetic wave beams from the antenna is eliminated and the device can be made small-sized. Further, the occurrence of a fault is therefore reducible and the homogeneous article with high reliability can be manufactured at low cost.</p> |
