PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a completely integrated circuit which can generate a negative DC voltage by being supplied with positive DC electric power by providing an oscillator function and a rectifier function and generating a second DC bias voltage having an opposite sign according to an AC signal generated on the basis of a first DC bias voltage. SOLUTION: Self-inductances L1 and L2 have one-end sides connected to a positive DC power supply terminal VDD and the other-end sides connected to nodes D1 and D2. The drains of transistors T1 and T2 constitute the nodes D1 and D2 and the sources S1 and S2 are mutually grounded. Gates G1 and G2 are connected to the drains D2 and D1 through capacitors C2 and C1 respectively. An output terminal OUTP, while grounded through a DC insulating capacitor C3, is connected to the gates G1 and G2 through diodesΔ3 andΔ4. This circuit forms both an oscillator and a rectifier and is able to obtain a negative DC voltage as VOUTP at the terminal OUTP.
