摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference of a bellows installing part and looseness of a bellows by shortening a clearance between an outer diameter of a vibration exciter and inner diameter of the bellows, and reduce the looseness of the bellows, in the bellows used in the vibration exciter. SOLUTION: In the case where a bellows 1 adapted to a vibration exciter is manufactured, for example, in the case where an outer diameter of the vibration exciter is set toϕ250 mm, an inner diameter of the bellows 1 is set toϕ270 mm, and thereby, a clearance between the outer diameter of the vibration exciter and the inner diameter of the bellows 1 is reduced to about 10 mm as small as possible. The bellows 1 is arranged along the vibration exciter. In the case where the bellows 1 is contracted, the looseness of the bellows 1 is set to the maximum 20 mm in a small level, and thereby, an interference of a flange 5 of a bellows attaching part is avoided, and breakage of the bellows 1 is prevented. Since looseness is prevented by rigidity of a raw material when the bellows 1 is contracted, a shape memory raw material may be used for a bellows raw material.
