PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a solid image pickup element having no irregularity in sensitivity by the improvement of uniformity of photoelectric conversion, and to accomplish a solar image pickup element of high sensitivity by improving photoelectric conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: A solid image pickup element 1 is provided with a light receiving sensor part 3 which is formed on the surface layer part of a silicon substrate 2, an in-layer lens 9 which condenses the incident light on a light receiving part 3 provided on the part directly above the light receiving part 3 on the silicon substrate 2, and a color filter 10 formed on the in-layer lens 9. Besides, a correction lens 13, which corrects the incident angle of the light in such a manner that the light path of the light incoming to the in-layer 9 is brought nearer almost in parallel with the center perpendicular of the in-layer lens 9, is provided on the color filter 10.
