PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a flicker phenomenon of image plane display that the image plane is displayed in a moment by setting the time during which the image plane, displayed according to an outside input, such as a button operation, notice of a signal from a base station or the like, is displayed at the minimum, and by forbidding switchover of the image plane during the time. SOLUTION: This display control device has a storage device 3 for storing a minimum display time, namely, a minimum time for display each of a display content of the image plane displayed at present and a display content of the image plane to be displayed next, and the image plane displayed at present and the image plane to be displayed next, a display control part 2 for executing a control for forbidding the display of a display content of the image plane to be displayed next, when a display command of the image plane to be displayed next is received during the period when the minimum display time relative to the image plane displayed at present is not yet finished, and for executing a control for displaying a display content of the image plane to be displayed next, when the finish of the minimum display time relative to the image plane displayed at present is detected.
