PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a planographic printing plate which does not necessarily require development processing, by using a planographic printing master plate which enables writing by a heat mode exposure with a low energy and which shows excellent strength and stain durability of an image part and excellent preservation stability. SOLUTION: In the producing method of planographic printing plate, an image is formed on a planographic printing original plate having a recording layer on a supporting body. The recording layer contains polymers having at least one kind of group selected from carboxylic acid groups and carboxylate groups which cause decarbonation by heat. The photosensitive resin compsn. used is a photosensitive resin compsn. for IR laser exposure containing a photothermal converter and polymers which cause decarbonation by heat.
