PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure for taking out an electronic component inside a battery case by forming a tearing portion using a relatively soft plastic particularly on a side portion of a battery case containing a battery, and forming this portion thin so that an electric component within the battery case is removed by pulling up a portion to pull up with a fingertip without much effort and without requiring particularly any tools. SOLUTION: A structure for taking out an electronic component inside a battery case has a box shaped upper cover 2 and lower cover 3 for receiving a battery, having a structure mountable to an electronic equipment and supplying power, and an electronic component which contains the battery, a tearing portion 4 which is on a side portion of the upper cover 2 or the lower cover 3 and at least which thin recess portion is formed of soft plastic, and a pull 6 for pulling up the tearing portion 4 and which is normally flat in view of the surface of the side portion.
