PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously fetch in plural signals to be measured, to input them to a measuring unit having only one input channel as one output signal and to shorten measuring time by receiving all the signals to be measured from all sampling circuits and synthesizing them into one signal with a control signal. SOLUTION: A fetching circuit 3 simultaneously sends three signals R, G and B which are simultaneously outputted from a linear sensor 1 to sampling circuits 51, 52 and 53 through buffer circuits 41, 42 and 43 and simultaneously sample them. An output synthesis circuit 6 synthesizes them into one signal by the control of two control signals 1 and 2. The synthesized signal is sent to a measuring unit 2 where the signal can be inputted to only one channel. Namely, the signals which are simultaneously sampled are outputted from the sampling circuits 51, 52 and 53 in a prescribed period but the output synthesis circuit 6 receiving them sends them through one channel in the order of R, G and B in a period whose length is similar to the prescribed period.
