EXHAUST GAS VOLUME CONTROL METHOD FOR BOILER FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stabilized exhaust gas control through the inlet damper of an induction ventilator even at the time of starting a boiler or during low load operation where the volume of exhaust gas from a boiler body is low and to enhance controllability thereof significantly. SOLUTION: An outlet damper 7a (gas damper) is disposed on the upstream side of an induction ventilator 5 for sucking and leading out exhaust gas 4 from a boiler body 2. At the time of starting a boiler or during low load operation thereof, system draft from the outlet damper 7a to the induction ventilator 5 is lowered by throttling the opening of the outlet damper 7a and the boiler is operated while increasing the head of the induction ventilator 5. Since the boiler can be operated while opening inlet damper 5a of the induction ventilator 5 relatively wide, volume control through the inlet damper 5a of the induction ventilator 5 is stabilized and the controllability thereof can be enhanced significantly.
