1. Air conditioning unit for air-conditioning a room in a building consists of the first heat exchanger and a ventilating device. The latter contains at least one ventilator that takes air in directly from the outside of the building. The device sucks air through an inlet duct and pumps it through the first heat exchanger into the room. The ventilator removes air from the room through the first heat exchanger and the outlet duct. Unique characteristics: The first heat exchanger (100) and the ventilating device constitute an integral system with the second heat exchanger (110), connected to the system of heating- or cooling-agent conduits (114).
