Injection unit comprises the casing (42) with a part (92) with axial movement which acts on the container (50). An adjuster (174) alters its position relative to itself (174). A section (144) in the casing has axial movement, but will not rotate. The adjuster can take up two or more different positions relative to the section. In the first it can be rotated, in the second it can not. An Independent claim is included for an adapter fastening a container with rubber membrane to the unit.
