The engine comprises a circular magnet (81) disposed on a push plate (8) facing the a respective round magnet (22), with a through aperture (83) formed on the push plate. Each adjustment rod (63) is surrounded by an elastic device (7) with each pinion (634) inserted in upper portions of the respective adjustment rods. The elastic device has a U-shaped middle portion (71), an upper end (72) and a lower end (72). The respective adjustment rod passes through one of the circular apertures of a cover disk (6) which covers a hollow casing (5), and the through aperture of the push plate. The adjustment rod having an upper (631) and lower (632) apertures for respectively receiving the upper/lower ends of the elastic device. When the adjustment rod controlling the push plate approaches a torsion disk (2), the pinion engages a gear wheel (65) and the round magnet repels the circular magnet in order to force the torsion disk to rotate. When the adjustment rod moves, the U-shaped middle portion will also move.
