PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure indoor air purification, health, deodorizing, and sterilization by converting cold and hot air produced from an air conditioner to minus ion in order to eliminate health troubles from a bad environment of excess plus ion. SOLUTION: The present apparatus is adapted: (a) There are an apparatus body 1 adapted to be mounted on a bridge of a blowoff outlet (3) as an apparatus formed to enclose a tourmaline secondary raw material (2) and permit air to penetrate therethrough or an apparatus body 2 (4) and an apparatus body 3 (7) adapted to be provided in the blowoff outlet (3). (b) There is added on a filter, part of an indoor air conditioner body an apparatus body 3 (7) including a tourmaline secondary raw material (2) and having a separator (6) of a division structure (honeycomb and the like), there is applied a tourmaline special coating (8) or tourmaline ultrafine flocculent fibers (9) are entangled. The apparatus is constructed with any of the above member or a combination of the same.
