<p>The invention relates to a method and a device for adjusting the ratio of the quantity of fuel to the quantity of combustion air supplied to a heating device (1). The heating capacity of the heating device (resulting from the combustion process) is measured by a measuring device (3), continually or at intervals, and the measuring signals obtained are sent to a control device (4). Said control device processes these measuring signals and modifies the quantity of combustion air supplied to the heating device by a variable-quantity combustion air supply (2) accordingly, at least intermittently, in such a way that the particular heating capacity at least approximately reaches a maximum or another set objective, such as the minimisation of an emission component, is achieved as effectively as possible.</p> |
