<p>A medium for ink-jet recording is produced by a method comprising preparing a coating liquid comprising an acrylic copolymer obtained using the following three copolymerization components: (A) a (meth)acrylate ester, (B) a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate and (C) an antioxidant monomer and/or a UV absorbing monomer and applying the coating liquid on a substrate, to thereby provide an ink-receiving layer. The medium for ink-jet recording has not only good ink-jet recording characteristics, but also excellent resistance to light and further excellent surface strength which prevents a recorded image from falling off easily.</p> |
