FURNACE OF STEAM OR HOT-WATER BOILER TO BURN HIGH-ASH LUMBER WASTE

FIELD: joint fire utilization of household garbage or technological waste in heat generating boiler houses of forestry complex. SUBSTANCE: when furnace operates fuel goes from service bunker into stack and lowers under action of gravity force as it burns up. Upper ( working ) branch of chain fire grate of forward and backward passes with driving and driven ( tension ) shafts is located in stack below partitions. Ash dump is situated under fire grate and ash bunker is positioned behind it. Ash and slag fallen through grate are removed by opening of ash gates. Rear immobile grate bar anchored on tubes of rear wall of stack prevents fall-through of fresh fuel into ash bunker. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency of furnace thanks to exclusion of necessity of its frequent bringing out of operation for ash cleaning. 2 dwg
