DEVICE FOR FORTIFICATION OF STRUCTURES

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is used for strengthening structural units of covering and flooring members by introduction of additional resting components into them. Device is installed on head-piece of old or newly introduced support, and on head-piece of support it has limiter of pressure from side of additional resting units on rods of structural unit. Device is made in the form of structural unit of parallel beams resting against unit. Parallel beams in their turn rest on lateral steel beam. Steel beam rests on support. Moment of resistance of steel beam is assumed to be not over Pa/deltal, where P - load-bearing capacity of struts for compression in additional resting setups of structural unit; a - pitch between units of additional resting units of structural setup; deltal - yield stress of beam material. Application of aforesaid device adds more reliability to operation of structure after its fortification. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
