FIELD: computer engineering, in particular, commutation of messages (packets) in data transmission network of computer-aided management system. SUBSTANCE: device can be used in code access and time-sharing channels under various conditions of radio wave spreading in connection between users of network and unit for commutation of messages (packets), because of units that analyze signals in each reception channel. EFFECT: increased throughput capacity due to taking into account locking effect in receiver, adaptation to load change, increased fidelity and stability to noise. 4 cl, 4 dwg
