<p>The invention concerns a device for purifying fluid with photonic pulses comprising a helical pulse xenon lamp (4) having one or several turns emitting a photonic radiation ranging from low ultraviolet to unbroken infrared, and mounted on a cylindrical quartz tube (7) wherein passes the fluid to be treated, said lamp being optionally associated with a longitudinal lamp (5) of similar type immersed in the tube centre, the assembly being arranged in a chamber (1) whereof the internal walls (6) reflect ultraviolet radiation. The invention is particularly designed for treating water in general, water for a distribution system, waste water or drinking water as well as water stored in reservoirs or tanks for fish farming. The treated fluid can also be a gas such as air or a liquid other than water.</p> |
