FIELD: home appliances. SUBSTANCE: device has two housings, each of which is split by diaphragm into inner and open outer chambers which contain respective lower and upper electrodes. Upper electrodes of housings are connected by means of rigid wire which is designed as handle and is protected by insulator. Lower electrodes are connected to power supply by means of pressure seal terminals. One lower electrode is connected to power supply directly, another one through diode. EFFECT: safe manipulation of chambers filled with water before and after processing, safe removal of upper electrodes due to their connection by means of rigid wire, increased electric safety due to sealed wiring. 1 dwg
