Method and apparatus for a continuous or intermittent supply of ozonated fluid, especially water, from a closed loop system for sanitation, consumption, and other purposes. A preferred embodiment (100) of the apparatus aspect of the invention comprises water circulating system (102), water withdrawal system (103), makeup water system (104), ozone generating system (101), ozone vent/destruction system (105), and ozone entraining system (106). The apparatus permits continuous introduction of ozone (O3) into closed loop recirculating water system (102), in such manner that the ozone is entrained in the water, and permits optional withdrawal of the resultant ozonated water to any appropriate service application, while simultaneously allowing for the addition of makeup water to maintain a relatively consistent total volume of water in the system, the whole water supply being otherwise continuously recirculated. Optional means for venting or destroying off gases are also provided.
