FIELD: automation of sorting process; mechanical engineering; instrumentation engineering, electronic industry and other industries where sorting is required. SUBSTANCE: device has mechanism for single-piece loading, trap and sorting unit with nozzles connected with compressed air source. Sorting unit is made in form of hollow cone rotatable by drive around vertical axis; base of this cone is directed upward. Trap is made in form of receiving chutes mounted for motion relative to lateral surface of sorting unit made in form of non-truncated cone. Nozzle are located perpendicularly relative to inner surface of cone. EFFECT: extended technological capabilities; enhanced operational efficiency. 10 dwg
