PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability and reliability without using any hydraulic unit, to reduce the weight by simplifying the structure, and to give the degree of freedom in the number of clamps. SOLUTION: A clamp positioner device is provided with an elevating/lowering air cylinder 51 as a second drive device 49 to vertically move an arm opening/ closing device 61 provided with arms 63A, 63B to hold a clamp body 31 of a work clamp device 27 in a suspended manner from a portal frame 3, an arm opening/closing air cylinder 69 which is a first drive device 67 to open/close the arms 63A, 63B of the arm opening/closing device 61, and a clamp lever operation air cylinder 79 which is a third drive device 77 to turn a rod 81 provided with an engagement part 83 to be engaged/disengaged with/from the clamp lever 37 provided on the clamp body 31 in a longitudinal direction. The durability and reliability are improved without using any hydraulic unit, and the weight and the cost are reduced by simplifying the structure.
