PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose the malodor components by nicotine of cigarette or the like to prevent the generation of malodor in a game center by forming an optical catalyst layer generating active oxygen and OH radical when irradiated by the light including ultraviolet ray, and decomposing the organic substance, on a surface of a cover plate formed by a transparent glass plate or the like. SOLUTION: A game machine 1 comprises a cover plate 3 formed by a transparent glass plate or the like on an opposite part of a game board 2 comprising the mechanisms necessary for a game and a display part. In this case, an optical catalyst layer 4 is formed by coating a surface at a player side, of the cover plate 3 with the optical catalyst composed of, for example, titanium dioxide having anatase-type crystalline structure and generating active oxygen and OH radical by reacting with oxygen and moisture in the air for decomposing the organic substances. Whereby the organic substances such as the malodor substance of nicotine of cigarette or the like, the dust and the bacteria floating in the air in a game center can be decomposed.
