PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed system with a defecation mechanism capable of defecating at a part except the center of a bed and capable of surely supporting a body. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a front substrate 1 receiving the upper half of a user's body, a rear substrate 2 receiving the lower half of the body, a sliding mechanism constituted to slide in a direction separated from other substrate, and a defecating device 4 installed at a gap part formed by separation of the respective substrates. The device 4 is provided with a net part 5 put up forming nearly the same surface with the respective substrate with the separation of the respective substrates, a faces receiver 6 provided under the part 5 and a washing part for washing the part 5 and the inside of the receiver 6.
