<p>PURPOSE: A stable, related composition containing many elecrolytes and/or primary alcohol is provided, which can be used in cosmetic and/or dermatological field for treating, protecting and/or caring skin, mucous membrane, nails and/or hair. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises of: (1)water; (2)more than one of electolyte and/or primary alcohol; (3)more than one of assembled polyurethane; and (4)more than one of oxyalkylenated polymer selected from a polyethylene glycol, a polypropylene glycol, a fatty acid with polyethylene glycol and/or derivative of polypropylene glycol, and a fatty acid with polyethylene glycol or glycerylated derivative of polypropylene glycol.</p> |
