<p>PURPOSE: A laser irradiation device using fiber laser radiating laser beam containing at least 2 wave components is provided to radiate laser beam in coaxial direction with an object, thereby easily and accurately radiating laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A laser irradiation device using fiber laser radiating laser beam containing at least 2 wave components comprises a pumping light radiator(1), a fiber laser(14), and a beam guide(13). The pumping light radiator generates and radiates pumping light. The fiber laser excites a light fiber(4) doped with laser ion with the pumping light to generate laser beam containing at least two wave components. The beam guide(13) guides the laser beam generated by the fiber laser into required position and direction. The device further comprises beam rectifiers(7,10) rectifying the laser beam guided by the guide.</p> |
