STORAGE DEVICE, READ METHOD AND WRITE METHOD

PURPOSE: A storage device is provided to obtain a pixel data without using a line memory for storing image data of a required line temporally. CONSTITUTION: A storage device for storing the data comprises a memory part, a write select part, a read select part, and a data select part. The memory part(2) has a plurality of memory banks(B1-B18). The write select part(1) or a bank selector selects one of the memory banks of the plurality to write data into the selected memory bank. The read select part(3) or a bank selector selects two ones of the memory banks of the plurality to read data out from the selected memory banks. The data select part(4) or a bank selector selects the data produced from the read select part.
