METHOD FOR PRODUCING UNWOVEN FABRIC OF ANTIBIOSIS AND DEODORIZATION USING CHITOSAN

PURPOSE: A stable unwoven fabric is provided to have the harmless antibiosis and the deodorization, and not to cause harmful effects in the body at using by rising the absorbing effect and the moisturizing effect. CONSTITUTION: An unwoven fabric of polypropylene long fiber is provided to embody the excellent antibiotic and deodorizing effects by controlling the molecular amount of a natural chitosan. The natural chitosan used as the antibiotic material is obtained by: decalcinate-processing in a hydrochloric aqueous solution diluted crustaceans such as a red crab as a raw material; removing a read pigment contained a peel of red crab by deproteinizing with a caustic soda aqueous solution; refining a white chitin; deacetilating by heating the chitin in 40-50% caustic soda aqueous solution; and shattering after drying. The produced materials which is laminated and combined webs of a spun bond unwoven fabric of polypropylene long fiber and of a melt blow unwoven fabric in many layers is dried after uniformly padding on the unwoven fabric by a spray padding or a kiss-roll method with an antibiotic processing liquid mixed the 10-15wt% natural chitosan, the 2.0-3.0wt% chitosan reacting catalyst of the fourth ammonium, the 0.5-1.5wt% absorbing agent, and the 80-85wt% refining water.
