DYNAMIC PRESSURE TYPE BEARING AND UNIT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A dynamic pressure type bearing unit is provided to maintain the performance of a bearing for a long time and to realize the thin shape to prevent an axis from losing accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic pressure type bearing unit is formed by: a dynamic pressure type bearing (11); a cylindrical housing(12) fixing the bearing to the inner diameter; and a rotary axis(13) inserted into the inner diameter of the bearing. The bearing (11) is constituted by impregnating a lubricant or lubricating grease to a cylindrical bearing body(11a) having a radial bearing surface(11b) faced with the outer circumference of the rotary axis(13) through a clearance. Plural holes are provided on the bearing surface(11b) so the lubricant as to circulate the inside of the bearing body while the pressure and intensity of an oil film keeps its state high by sequentially injecting new lubricants into the clearance if the constant pressure is generated in the clearance of the bearing. Therefore, the bearing unit obtains high rotation accuracy and reduces the shaking of the axis by keeping the state of the oil film or forming a stable oil film.
