PURPOSE: A production process is provided which produces foam in simple and cheap way and overcomes problem that resins are mobilized and adhered to supporters thereof during producing and driving the expanding products. CONSTITUTION: In process, unidirectional expansion is done by the following two methods. From a first method, supporters are adhered to one or both side of expanding intermediate products vertically about expansion direction before expanding supporters. The expansion of intermediates is blocked by adhering effect to supporters, not extensibility. From a second method, the expansion is blocked by the process of surface bridging on one side or both side of intermediate products. The surface bridging contains at least the following one steps of: high energy irradiation, spray of reactants, application of photo radiation or corona discharge and temperature increase considered in terms of intensity and durability.
