PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandwich panel capable of preventing a brazing defect, improving a product yield and improving strength by rapidly discharging outside a gas such as air surrounded with a brazing filler metal. SOLUTION: A gas surrounded with a brazing filler metal between a lower surface 9 and an upper surface plate 1 or between an upper surface 10 and the upper surface plate 1 is immediately discharged from a through hole 11 or a gap part by preparing the through hole 11 and the gap part in a lower surface (one side surface) 9 and the upper surface (the other side surface) 10 of a surrounding frame material 2 and an internal reinforcing frame material for joining the upper surface plate 1. Thus, a brazing defect is prevented.
