PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a rupture, wrinkles, and meanderings, even though the web to be accumulated is a material weak to a tension such as a nonwoven fabric, by accumulating the web by aligning it in such a way that almost no tension is applied to the web to be accumulated, in a web accumulating device furnished with an accumulating part, a leading-in part to lead in the web to the accumulating part, and a receiving part to receive the web accumulated to the accumulating part from the downstream side. SOLUTION: Plural support members 22 to support the way in the longitudinal direction of a web W from the lower side at each specific interval in the longitudinal direction; and a transfer means 23 to transfer the support members 22 along a specific crawler; are provided, the plural support members 22 positioning on the outward way from a leading-in part 12 side to a receiving part 13 are aligned in the horizontal direction, and the neighboring support members 22 positioning on the outward way are made approached by opening the interval where the part at a specific length in the longitudinal direction of the web W is drooped.
