PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent heat sensitive recording material, having no skin blush and restrained in fading or color tone change while prominent in resistance to light, by a method wherein a specified organic phosphoric oxide is employed as a color developing agent and, further, a specified morpholine compound is contained in a recording layer. SOLUTION: In a heat sensitive recording material, a recording layer is formed employing 2-10 parts of a color developing agent, shown by a formula I or a formula II (in both formulae, R1, R2 and R3 show alkyl group and phenol group which can be replaced by hydrogen) with respect to one part of a color producing agent. Further, a morpholine compound, shown by a formula III, is contained in the recording layer. A method wherein the morpholine compound is resolved in recording layer blended liquid; the same compound is applied on a protecting layer and, thereafter, is soaked into the recording layer; the morpholine compound is contained into an under layer by dispersion or the like previously and the same is diffused into the recording layer through the easily resolving property of the same into an organic solvent upon coating the recording layer; or the like, is employed. |
