PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite composition capable of forming a membrane or a desired article excellent in adhesion, abrasion resistance, excoriation resistance and heat resistance by mixing hydrolyzate of the specific mixed silane compounds as a binder with staple filler. SOLUTION: This composite composition is obtained by including the hydrolyzate of the mixed silane comprising an epoxy group including alkoxysilane and the methylalkoxysilane expressed by the formula (CH3)nSi(OR)4-n, (n is 1 or 2; R is methyl or ethyl), in the compound ratio by weight of 20/80 to 80/20 as the binder and the inorganic or organic staple filler, for example glass fiber and carbon fiber staple in the compound ratio by weight of 20/80 to 80/20, and if required, adding fine powders for several functional additives such as hardness improvement, electroconductivity, thermal conductivity or magnetic properties or the like.
