PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a cut operation by a disk cutter, and suppress abrasion of top faces of inverted segments. SOLUTION: Tunnel bottom lining bodies 7 is so constructed that inverted arcuately shaped concrete invert segments 8 which have a groove part 9 for exhausting muck in their top face are laid in series on an inner circumferential surface 2a of a bottom of an inclined tunnel in a tunnel boring direction so that the groove part 9 may range. Moreover, iron plates 15, 16 are laid on a bottom face 9a of the groove part 9 of each invert segment 8.
