PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility to amuse self-contained underwater breathing apparatus even in a surge state. SOLUTION: This access shaft 1 having an upper part being released is arranged so that even when waves are violet. a diver safely dives and erected on a foundation built on a wafer bottom. The access shaft is protruded from a water surface 3 to height not to allow reach of waves 3a and a plurality of holes 1a are formed in the access shaft under a sea surface and in a part lower than depth enough to be influenced by waves. A clam bowl 2 is built on a sea bottom to protect a diver from being influenced by a water flow and waves during swimming of the diver, and formed in a truncated semi-ball shape and an upper part is released, and a plurality of holes 2b large enough to allow entrance of the diver are formed in a peripheral surface to provide a diving land.
