PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a comfortable air conditioning state by decreasing a change of blown air temperature into a car room and make relative importance changeable between air conditioning and heat regeneration, in case of performing heat regeneration of a heat regenerating material during air conditioning in the car room. SOLUTION: An air conditioning unit having a first evaporator, heat regeneration material, second evaporator cooling this heat regeneration material, and a heat regenerating unit having a radiation cooling fan are provided, the first/ second evaporators are connected in parallel on a refrigerant circulating cycle. In case of having a request of air conditioning in a car room and a request cooling the heat regeneration material, a first cycle operation supplying a refrigerant to only the first evaporator and a second cycle operation supplying the refrigerant to the first/second evaporators are alternately switched. Ratio of first cycle operation time per unit period to second cycle operation time is made adjustable.
