A method of producing components, which include a metal film on a carrier, comprises the following steps: applying a metal film (10) to a first carrier (15); structuring the metal film (10); reducing an adherence between said first carrier (15) and said metal film (10) by electrically conductive contacting of the metal film (10); immersing the first carrier (15) with said metal film (10) in an aqueous electrolyte solution; immersing an electrode in said aqueous electrolyte solution; and applying a voltage between said metal film (10) and said electrode; applying a second carrier (20) to said metal film (10); and removing said second carrier (20) with said metal film (10) from said first carrier (15). |
