摘要 The invention attributes to the hydro-energetics and may be used for conversion of the energy of flowing fluvial water into electricity or mechanic energy, e.g. in agriculture, communal services, small industries.Working wheel of the environment energy-propelled engine consists of the body (1), which on its hand consists of two rectangular frames (2) interconnecting at the straight angle on the axis of the wheel. Strength rings (4) are attached to the ends of the frame (2) stands (3). The position-fixers of the shoulders (5) are traverse flanges (6). On the diametrically opposite ends of the frames (2) there are attached e.g. metal gussets (7), intended for attaching the working wheel of the engine to the cable (not shown in the drawing). The shoulders (5) have the shape of chaffer with revolving valve (8) and consist of flat rectangular basis (9), two side walls (10), having e.g. triangular shape. The smaller sides of the side walls (10) are located at the end of the shoulder (5), while the walls (10) themselves have the angle α = 105-110 degrees in respect of the basis of the shoulder (5). The valve (8) is fixed on the side walls (10) of the axis' (11) shoulders (5) with the possibility to turn. Closed valve nestles to the basis (9) of the shoulder (5) under the angle β = 110-115 degrees. The shoulders (5) are installed in the girders (12) of the body's (1) frame (2) with the possibility to turn, with the help of liner (13), attached to the basis (9) of the shoulder's (5) external surface at 1/3 of basis' (9) length from the end of the shoulder (5). The width of the shoulder is equal to the distance between the rings (4). The length of the shoulder (5) is calculated by the formula: L = (K-1)/2, where L is shoulder's (5) length in meters, K - depth of the river in meters.
