PURPOSE: A panel for curved ceiling or wall is provided to have a sectional uniformity and strength appropriate for lengthwise or crosswise stability. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling panel(1) is produced with sheet metal such as aluminum. Plural stress reduction apertures(5) of a 'V' shape are formed by drilling a standing side flange(3). An edge(7) of a slant face connects each standing side flange at a contacted side edge of a center(9) of the ceiling panel. A lower face(11) of the center of the ceiling panel is generally faced with a floor of a building where the panel is established. Therefore, when the ceiling panel is established on a lower face of the center faced downward, it is recessed upward vertically.
