PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject material, excellent in electrical characteristics (e.g. insulation and dielectric characteristics), heat resistance characteristics (e.g. resistance and stability to heat) and adhesion, by including a specific copolymer. SOLUTION: This material contains a copolymer obtained by chain polymerization of (A) a monofunctional component represented by formula I [R1 is H or methyl; R2 is H, a (substituted) 1-12C alkyl, a 3-14C cycloalkyl or the like; and R3 is H or an alkylene] with (B) a multifunctional component represented by formula II [Q1 is H or methyl; Q2 is a (substituted)alkylene; and (n) is 2 to 6]. It is recommended, for example, to contain the components A and B at around 80 to 99.9 and 20 to 0.01 mol%, respectively. |
