PURPOSE: A controller is provided to improve endurance and a reliability of an equipment as remarkably lowering a cost of the equipment by automatically controlling a traveling vibration generated while traveling a construction equipment. CONSTITUTION: When an equipment travels straightly, a boom cylinder(22), a large chamber(21), an accumulator(24) are communicated by the action of a vibration control valve(19) because operation pressure vented from a first hydraulic pressure pump(11) is low. In addition, a small chamber(23) of the boom cylinder(22) and a hydraulic pressure tank(25) are communicated herein at the same time. Therefore, while traveling, a pressure shock is applied on the boom cylinder(22) and on the large chamber(21), accordingly the traveling is relieved by the accumulator(24).
