PURPOSE: An ultra violet curable composition is provided which has a good scratch resistance, chemical resistance, thermal resistance and solvent resistance, durability of embossing part, shielding property and anti-static property. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 30-90 weight % of acrylate oligomer, 1-30weight % of ultra violet reactive diluent, 0.1-10 weight % of photopolymerization initiator, 0.05-20 weight % of leveling agent, 0.1-70 weight % of optical property adjusting agent and residue of solvent. Thus, an ultra violet curable composition containing 47 weight parts of 2-functional aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer, 5.0 weight parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 9.5 weight parts of pentaerithritol tri/tetra acrylate mixture, 3 weight parts of methacrylated acidic compounds, 5 weight parts of hydroxy ethyl acrylate, 3 weight parts of alpha-hydroxy-ketone, 3 weight parts of alpha-hydroxy-alkylphenone, 1.0 weight part of leveling agent, 18.0 weight parts of urethane powder having 20 micrometer of average particle size, 0.5 weight part of anti static agent and 50.0 weight parts of isopropyl alcohol is coated on polyethylene terephthalate film, dried at 50°C for 20 seconds, and irradiated by ultra violet to give the title film.
