PURPOSE: A structure is provided to have good ride comfortableness without a flow after adjusting height of a headrest by fixing the pole of the headrest with a supporting pin in one guide sleeve and with a locking pin in the other guide sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A pole(11a) moves while flowing by the adherence of a supporting pin(17) when poles(11)(11a) of a headrest(10) moves upward and downward. After moving the headrest, the headrest is fixed by preventing the pole from flowing as hanging the inside of a first locking pin(16) on a second locking groove(12) of the pole. Therefore, the headrest is fixed on guide sleeves(13)(13a) formed on the upper front seat by fixing the front poles in one guide sleeve(13a) and the side poles in the other guide sleeve(13).
